On 9th November 1920 – the journey towards the realization of the ultimate purpose of the existence of life/creation has started from a small village Medinimondal situated on the banks of the river Padma, now in Bangladesh which is the Holy Birthday of Thakur SHREE SHREE Balak Brahmachari Maharaj, in Bengali calendar it is 23rd Kartik, Tuesday, 1327.

Conquering grief-pain-despair-ignorance there was a new beginning along the path of peace-love-knowledge. What a wonder! The child BEERU in his baby-words proclaims that we are not insignificant entities; rather we all are children of the supreme consciousness that fill the infinite Universe. Let pain-grief-unhappiness-agony not pull us down; the fathomless ocean of peace, satisfaction and wisdom is just ahead of us – keep moving ahead in your journey of life without worrying.

The friends and families, relatives and even HIS schoolteachers accepted the seven years old as their GURU, MASTER and SPIRITUAL GUIDE. From then on, SHREE SHREE THAKUR BALAK BRAHMACHARI MAHARAJ was not only spiritual guide to crores of HIS followers and disciples but was more like a very dependable FATHER. HIS spiritualism meant to be pursued the daily struggle of living while being aware and immersed in the absolute Truth, which is in harmony with Science, Mathematics, Logic and Tune. This absolute Truth inundates the Universe with endless glorious new life altogether.

Our BELOVED THAKUR Shree Shree Birendra Chandra Chakrabarty is known to us as Balak Thakur or Thakur Balak Brahmachari. HIS name itself is self explanatory. HE is “Janmasiddha” – enlightened from birth.  HE used to tell HIS young playmates “I am aware of the mysteries of the nature, teach me the language of this society, I shall convey the invaluable.”  It’s hard enough task to introduce HIS Holiness to ordinary mortals who have no spiritual wisdom as HE is neither an incarnation nor the God! But HE creates God!

One can feel HIS unbound love as a disciple or otherwise. HE preached about the universal love and equality including each entity of this Universe both animate and inanimate fulfilled with the finest consciousness, following Vedic Equality – known as “Vedbhithik Samyabad”. HE has shown the simple path of living to an ordinary person to be tuned with the Mother Nature (Mahaprakriti), the Vast Endless Sky (Mahakasha) and the Great Void (Mahashunya) to re-unite the self with the grand flow of creation flowing eternally and finally to reach the goal of knowing the purpose of creation. Thakur’s selfless work throughout HIS divine life also comprises bringing up Orphans, Homeless and Poor from HIS childhood days. THAKUR had showered HIS kindness and all-pervading love to every creature of this Universe.

SHREE SHREE THAKUR’s contribution to the society and the humanity at large is not only through HIS priceless spiritual discourses (Tattvas) but also through HIS divine endeavours towards the upliftment of the underprivileged masses.
HE envisioned a society based on the eternal philosophy of Vedic Samyabad where every creature of the Universe is equal and have equal right to share nature’s gift for their livelihood. HE trusted a society where every human being is protected with food, shelter, and education as well as every living being should be secured with love and kindness. With the increased number of devotees (Bhakta) and disciples, THAKUR faced real challenges. There were many young boys and girls without having basic amenities to live, without food, shelter, and education. Parents and relatives brought their children to BALAK THAKUR for a solution. THAKUR HIMSELF was struggling with poverty. HE did not have enough money for HIS own education. At HIS tender age HE found an innovative unique solution. HE identified affluent families among HIS devotees and disciples and asked them to give GURUDAKSHINA by taking responsibilities of one child by each family.

THAKUR has shown the path of Conquering grief-pain-despair-ignorance to a new beginning along the path of peace-love-wisdom. The adjectives of the known languages of this planet will never ever suffice to interpret or introduce THAKUR BALAK BRAHMACHARI in true spirit as they have their own limitations! HE can be understood only with HIS divine selfless work throughout HIS life bringing up Orphans, Homeless and Poors from HIS childhood days.
